Housekeeping Services Do you need assistance keeping your home clean, organized, and running smoothly? Our housekeepers must meet many of the same requirements as our nannies, but are for families who need less child care and more domestic help! All housekeeper applicants must have a minimum of three (3) personal and three (3) professional(domestic) references. All housekeeper candidates must pass a national criminal background check and social security number verification. Housekeeper applicants must be at least 21 years of age, and have 2-3 years of experience in a related domestic field. Each housekeeper must provide a physician's statement showing that they are in good health and drug-free, and our housekeepers must each have a valid driver's license, a dependable vehicle, and auto insurance for the safety and protection of themselves and your family.
The first step in finding your housekeeper is to fill out The SuperNanny Agency Housekeeping Application. When we receive your application we require an initial payment of half the total placement fee to start the search process.
Next, The SuperNanny Agency advertises for housekeeping candidates, and reviews the applications we already have on file in our office to find a minimum of three (3) people for you to interview. The SuperNanny Agency also checks a minimum of (6) personal and professional references per housekeeping candidate.
The SuperNanny Agency conducts the initial interviews for you to determine if each candidate is suitable, and we provide you with a list of helpful questions for your personal interviews with the housekeepers. The SuperNanny Agency then conducts a national criminal background check and a driving record search on each candidate that you are considering for hire.
When you choose your housekeeper, The SuperNanny Agency provides you with a Work Agreement tailored to your family's specific needs for you both to sign. The Work Agreement will outline the housekeeper's duties and responsibilities, and cut down on any potential problems and confusion.
Your housekeeper starts work on your chosen date, once the Work Agreement has been signed and the remainder of the placement fee has been paid.
The SuperNanny Agency checks in with you and your housekeeper on a monthly basis to ensure the sucess of your placement and to discuss any questions or concerns that may arise during the course of employment.
