Our nannies are generally paid between $8-$15 an hour, depending on age, childcare experience, education, and the circmstances of their employment.

Our nannies are independent contractors, NOT employees of The SuperNanny Agency. When a nanny is hired by a family he/she becomes their employee. The payment of taxes is required, but which party pays them is negotiable and should be clearly outlined in the contract. Our nannies commit to one year with your family, although many nanny/family relationships last much longer.
