• The first step in becoming a SuperNanny is to fill out our application, and send us your resume.  We will review both documents, and if you fit the requirements, we will set up a telephone interview.
• The initial phone interview lasts 20-45 minutes.  The interviewer will ask general childcare questions, and get a feel for the type of job you are seeking.
• You will be required to read The SuperNanny Agency Training Manual, and take a comprehensive test on the material you covered.  You must score 90 or better on the exam to be eligible for hire through our ageny.
• You will be required to sign a form allowing The SuperNanny Agency to conduct a national criminal background check and DMV record search. 
• You must provide The SuperNanny Agency with a copy of your current CPR certification form and a physician's statement of good health to keep on file.
• The SuperNanny Agency will check the references you provided on your application.  We will then conduct a more in-depth, face-to-face interview with you to get a better idea of who you are and the kind of job that you are looking for.
• When we have a client that we feel is a good match for you, we will contact you.  If you are interested in the job, The SuperNanny Agency will set up an interview for you with the client.
• After the interview, we will speak with you and the client, and if you are both in agreement, The SuperNanny Agency will write a Work Agreement suitable to both parties, outlining your duties as nanny for you and the client to sign so that there is no confusion.
• If, after the interview, you do not wish to take the job, The SuperNanny Agency will continue to search for a more suitable position for you.
• After you are placed in a position through The SuperNanny Agency, we will call to check in with you on a monthly basis to address any questions or concerns that you may have.
