 The SuperNanny Agency is a Harrisburg, PA based nanny search company that serves Dauphin and York counties as well as the surrounding areas of Birmingham.  We specialize in providing experienced, reliable nannies for families who need expert child care, and housekeepers and personal assistants for families who need domestic help with less child care.  All of our candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • All candidates must be at least 21 years of age
  • 2-3 years of experience in the related field is required
  • At least 6 personal and professional references are verified per applicant
  • We perform a national criminal background check on every candidate
  • CPR certification must be completed by all nanny candidates
  • Each applicant must provide a physician's statement showing that they are in good health and drug-free
  • Our applicants must each have a valid driver's license, a dependable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • The SuperNanny Agency performs a driving history search on every nanny applicant
  • We require that each nanny candidate complete our Training Program

The SuperNanny Agency provides live-in or live-out child care in your own home.  This care is available to meet full or part-time needs.  Besides our thorough screening process, The SuperNanny Agency provides ongoing support for our permanent placements.  Each placement contract with The SuperNanny Agency, whether live-in or live-out, includes at least a 90 day guarantee, depending on the contract.
